Job Description
This role is for a Senior Software Engineer in a fast-paced team designing, developing, testing, integrating, and supporting technically innovative solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and industry understanding to resolve complex issues and implement modern solutions. They will work in an agile environment and contribute to thought leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Golang
- 5+ years of experience as a software backend engineer
- Experience in test driven development and writing automated unit tests
- Demonstrated experience delivering product features
- Strong understanding of software design/architecture
- Experience using cloud providers such as AWS, GCP and Azure
- Familiarity with pub/sub/queueing systems and architectures
- Strong understanding and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with containers, micro-services and related ecosystems
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Out of the box thinker with passion for doing things right
