We are looking for a Department Head (m/w/d) HR to lead our HR team and contribute to the transformation and future-proofing of Nuremberg Trade Fair. The ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in HR, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of HR trends and their implementability. They should be a strong leader who can create a motivating work environment and drive business results.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in all HR areas
• Leadership experience in the HR area
• Completed business economics studies or commercial education
• Very good German and English skills
