Requirements

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing
• Home health experience preferred (can perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and infusions)
• Minimum of two years medical, surgical, or critical care/ER experience preferred
• Minimum of one year of recent infusion experience preferred
• Proof of current PPD, current CPR– hands-on class required
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to experience
