The 2026 Nutrien Agronomy Graduate Program is a 24-month program that provides graduates with skills and training to become future leaders or technical experts in agronomy. The program includes leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-ground training, and mentorship. Graduates will be expected to work as full-time ongoing employees from day one, doing real work and delivering real results.
Requirements
- Graduated prior to the commencement of the 2026 program or no longer than 3 years ago with a Bachelor Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture or a relevant field.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
- Experience in agriculture-related work fields, customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
