Senior Manager, Grant Finance & Compliance

Nutrition International is seeking a Senior Manager, Grant Finance & Compliance to be based in Ottawa, Canada. The successful candidate will lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of donor financial proposals, budgets, and forecasts, and oversee the financial management of grants. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in grant finance, donor reporting, and compliance, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience in an international NGO or donor-funded environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Recognized accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) is a strong asset
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in grant finance, donor reporting, and compliance
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in an international NGO or donor-funded environment
• Familiarity with major institutional donors such as GAC, USAID, FCDO, EU, DFAT, and multilateral organizations
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and budgeting platforms (e.g., BOARD) preferred
• Strong team leadership and people management experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems
• Fluency in English is required
• French will be considered an asset
