Job Description
Nuvance Health is seeking a Director of Patient Care Services (nursing) to lead and monitor the patient care delivery system, ensuring quality of care and optimal patient experience. This role requires collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and financial management. The position involves mentoring, team leadership, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- State of CT RN license
- BSN or Advanced degree in nursing
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related fields
- At least five years of experience in Nursing Leadership with comparable scope (Director)
- Experience with quality assurance, financial management, and data analysis.
