Patient Access Liaison 1

Facilitates patient flow through the system from scheduling through registration check in to provide a 'one touch' registration/scheduling experience, responsible for obtaining demographic and financial information and identifying and securing appropriate payment sources.

Requirements

• HS Diploma with minimum of 2 years job-related experience
• Associate degree with 6 months job-related experience (preferred)
• Basic MS Word & MS Excel
• Customer Service and organizational skills
• National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) certification within one year of hire
