Requirements
- Proven experience as a client’s relationship manager within the payments or fintech industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or clients service is preferred
- Knowledge of payment processing, digital payments, card schemes, and industry regulations
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
- Excellent written and verbal English
