Requirements
- Support AP for assigned division to ensure compliance with DOA, SOX Controls and nVent Accounts Payable Policy.
- Manage the invoice split queue and resolve Esker Teachings for assigned divisions within the Esker system.
- Work the Fresh Service queue for Esker user setups.
- Curate and update SharePoint documents as needed.
- Handle the AP Mailbox RPA Bots.
- Perform second verbal verifications on bank change requests, as needed.
- Serve as back up for all payment runs and Positive Pay decisioning for their assigned divisions.
- Run, distribute and resolve GRNI reports on monthly basis.
