Accounts Payable Analyst

Requirements

• Support AP for assigned division to ensure compliance with DOA, SOX Controls and nVent Accounts Payable Policy.
• Manage the invoice split queue and resolve Esker Teachings for assigned divisions within the Esker system.
• Work the Fresh Service queue for Esker user setups.
• Curate and update SharePoint documents as needed.
• Handle the AP Mailbox RPA Bots.
• Perform second verbal verifications on bank change requests, as needed.
• Serve as back up for all payment runs and Positive Pay decisioning for their assigned divisions.
• Run, distribute and resolve GRNI reports on monthly basis.
