We're looking for a Team Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily operations and ensure uninterrupted production flow of 3rd shift Assembly Operations. The role is critical to supporting our production goals, supporting a safe culture, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ensure smooth production flow by supporting and coaching team members.
- Coordinate and execute employee training to meet quality standards.
- Provide problem-solving support and communicate effectively with support resources to resolve issues.
- Act as a change agent to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Enforce company and departmental policies consistently.
- Operate equipment relevant to the area (e.g., CRTs, forklifts).
- Manage timely and accurate material movement within the work area.
