Job Description
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader to provide leadership in the application of Lean Principles and Methods, facilitate Kaizen Events, and coach and teach Lean methodologies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant process improvement experience, and knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods.
Requirements
- Provide leadership in the application of Lean Principles and Methods
- Facilitate Kaizen Events
- Coach and teach Lean methodologies
- Build, audit and improve standard work, value stream mapping and other required documents for assigned processes
- Work with nVent leadership to find opportunities, implement action plans, follow-up and assure achievement of enterprise goals
