Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, collaborate with multi-functional teams, and deliver outstanding value to customers. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in production, production planning, manufacturing engineering, or maintenance roles in the electronic product assembly or automobile industry.

Requirements

• Academic background in Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
• 12-15 years of experience in Production, Production planning, manufacturing engineering, Maintenance role in an electronic product assembly or Automobile industry
• Knowledge on lean manufacturing
• Structural analysis and applying quality tools for problem solving
• ERP Handling
• Quality and continuous improvement tools, such as 6-sigma, Control Plan, SPC, FMEA, Standard Work, 5S, Kanban, JIT, etc.
• Modern management systems such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 45001, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Leadership skills – Handling a team of Engineers and Production associates
• Decision Making skills
