Test Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Test Product Engineer to join our team at NXP Malaysia. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products through the development, optimization, and maintenance of test solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master's / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh or Less than 2 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, product engineering, or a related role
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and digital/analog circuit design principles
• Proficiency in developing test programs on ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne UltraFLEX, Advantest 93000)
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar scripting languages
• Familiarity with statistical data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Spotfire) for yield and characterization data
• Knowledge of common semiconductor test methodologies, such as DFT (Design for Test) and DPM (Defect Per Million) concepts
• Experience with test hardware design and debug
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
