Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to join our growing team at NXTLVL. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the UI/UX of all our digital products, including the innovative Problem Solving Club.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Problem-solving mindset with strong user empathy
- Comfort with running user research and talking directly to users
- Expertise in both building UI components and UX
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Principle
- Experience working in a startup environment or a fast-paced industry
