Requirements

• Conduct outbound phone screenings with potential candidates
• Engage in candidate care activities, including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes
• Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process
• Update candidate responses in our applicant tracking system
• Extend verbal employment offers to qualified candidates
