Requirements

• Fluency in French is required for this position
• University degree, preferably in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferred
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment management
• Proven written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with resume databases, job boards, and professional networks
• Ability to multitask and recruit for multiple positions simultaneously to meet deadlines
