Job Description
New York Bus Sales is seeking a Service Writer to join their team in Ravena, NY. The Service Writer will encode work orders, input labor times, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NYS Class D license with clean driving record
- NYS CDL, Class B driver license with passenger endorsement
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems included on a medium/heavy duty bus
- Electronic dealer management system and web-based management systems knowledge
- Ability to make good business decisions, write, type, and communicate effectively
- Manual dexterity, ability to lift 25lbs, and meet other physical demands
