Job Description
WWAARC is seeking full-time Residential Managers to oversee one or two residential groups in Albany County. These managers are responsible for the efficient operation of the homes, ensuring the needs of the adults with developmental disabilities are met, and maintaining regulatory compliance. A positive work environment and growth opportunities are key to success.
Requirements
- Secure and maintain all required certifications and trainings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding support individuals and agency information.
- Maintain driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
- Manage multiple priorities independently.
