We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior CRM & E-Mail-Marketing Manager to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM system, develop strategies for customer retention, and collaborate on CRM campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM flows, loyalty programs & automations, ideally in Klaviyo
- Ability to address customers automatically, relevantly, and at the right time
- Confidence with data and analysis, and ability to dive into reports and key figures
- Communicative and team-oriented, with ability to work well with other departments
- Technical affinity, with understanding of basics behind integrations, interfaces, and tools
- Experience in e-commerce (not required but a plus)
