Job Description
Business Development Representative responsible for presenting Oak Island Accommodations Management Program to new or existing prospective enrollees, working with new owners, and promoting the program to area builders and businesses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, vacation rentals, or real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Negotiation and contract management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- NC Real Estate license (desired)
- Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and property management software (desired)
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desired)
