The Director of Marketing will orchestrate the execution of strategy and tactics that amplify our brand, including aggregating, analyzing and segmenting key data points that maximize the return on investment of our brand.
Requirements
- Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of established objectives and market characteristics including expansion of digital channels through customer engagement.
- Develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategy to promote concerts/shows and venues at both Pueblo Memorial Hall and the Pueblo Convention Center.
- Enhance existing promotional initiatives and develop new marketing programs and initiatives to maximize ROI such as third party partnerships, new media avenues, etc.
- Manage internal marketing assets for all events including but not limited to marquees (digital billboards), in-arena digital video boards and ticket giveaways, LED ribbons, posters and more.
- Create, plan and implement repeatable revenue generating concepts and processes.
- Responsible for measuring, reporting and achieving performance against agreed upon service levels and ROIs
- Monitor social media networks; administer the scheduling of posts and respond and communicate with fans directly
- Plan and oversee the Pueblo Convention Center and Memoruial Hall advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and digital outlets.
- Leverage sponsorship opportunities to increase brand awareness and synergies
- Develop self-produced revenue generating events
- Oversee ongoing website maintenance, updates and content, as well as social media postings, and online advertising.
- Analyze marketing efforts and adjust efforts based on learnings, trends, and activity
- Create social media campaigns to engage customers, vendors, sponsors and community, collect data and generate awareness for new items and specials
