Exterior Maintenance Technician | Part-Time | Palm Beach County Convention Center

The Exterior Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all external spaces, including facilities and equipment, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The role involves sweeping, cleaning, and removing debris, operating pressure washing equipment, and performing routine inspections.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and other maintenance tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying event needs
