Finance Coordinator | Full-Time | Ovintiv Events Centre

The Finance Coordinator will provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily reporting. They will work with minimal supervision and provide a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Perform day-to-day processing of financial transactions
• Verify transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable
• Process and prepare accounts payable invoices
• Prepare monthly cheque run, bank efts and manual cheques as required
• Review timecards and clocked time to process scheduled payroll
• Provide time clock/ADP/payroll training to supervisors
• Maintain employee records
• Follow strict confidentiality protocol
• Perform related professional accounting work in support of accounting functions
• Prepare a variety of financial reports and analyses
