Maintenance Technician | Part-Time | CFG Bank Arena

The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Director of Operations and performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work to maintain all physical aspects of the facility while maintaining OSHA compliance and working cooperatively with other departments to assure facility readiness and smooth operation of events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and five 2-4 years of full-time related experience at a facility/commercial building.
• Skilled and semi-skilled in maintenance and repair in carpentry, painting, and insulation.
• Demonstrated skill use with all common hand tools, power tools, meters, and equipment typically utilized in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
