The Marketing and Group Sales Manager is responsible for assisting with the marketing and promotion of all live events within the Tyson Events Center / Fleet Farm Arena, Orpheum Theatre, and Sioux City Convention Center. This role executes creative, results-driven marketing campaigns that increase public and community awareness while driving ticket sales and revenue.
Requirements
- Create and execute marketing and group ticket sales campaigns for various concerts, family shows & sporting events
- Work directly with promoters for upcoming events
- Design, create, and produce marketing and advertising materials
- Manage digital platforms, including website updates and event listings
- Oversee the email subscriber database and create ticket-driving email campaigns
- Pitch creative stories and marketing strategies, write press releases, and build relationships with local media
- Prospect, cultivate, and service group sales and premium seating clients
- Coordinate and support on-site events such as pre-show parties
- Track and report marketing performance metrics
- Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities
