Premium Suite Attendant | Part-Time | Fifth Third Park

The Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. Must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand suite orders
• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests
• Responsible for assisting setup of food service areas
• Must be detail oriented to ensure that work is accurate and complete
• Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
• Monitor food quality, temperature, and replenishment levels
• Responsible for supervising the service of beverages
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, runners, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests
• Handle guest concerns or special requests
• Ability to mutli-task and work independently
• Ability to help provide a safe and clean work environment
• Must have a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude
