Job Description
OakBend Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) to provide oversight for the clinical and non-clinical staff during assigned shifts. The role involves providing patient care, conducting orientation and teaching, and supervising personnel. The role supports the medical care of patients under the direction of the Medical Staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred)
- One year clinical experience in specialty
- One year clinical experience as a Clinical Coordinator / Charge Nurse preferred
- Current licensure in Texas as a registered Nurse
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred (within the first year of hire)
- Demonstrated leadership ability and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills
