Job Description
OakBend Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Director of Perioperative Services to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care in perioperative settings. This role involves leading and managing nursing staff, overseeing departmental budgets, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be a resource person with experience in leadership, training, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years nursing practice
- Minimum of 1 year nursing management experience, preferably in a Perioperative care setting
- Current Texas Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support Certification
- ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months
- AORN certification within one year
