Job Description
This full-time position for a Physical Therapy Assistant within OakBend Medical Center provides support to Registered Physical Therapists. The role involves providing physical therapy services to patients under supervision and serving as a resource for the PT team. Experience in Physical Therapy is preferred, along with a solid understanding of patient care and regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Minimum of 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred).
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures.
- Successful completion of department-specific and/or hospital-required training courses.
