Job Description
The Skilled Maintenance Operator will be responsible for all aspects of equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance for facilities and maintenance, with potential for driving to different campuses. This role requires electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills and on-call availability. A technician certification is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in hospital facilities maintenance
- Stationary engineer, boiler certification, HVAC certification or license (preferred)
- Universal EPA license (preferred)
- Valid Texas Driver's license
