Retail Associate, Spring Training will support retail operations for the Athletics main Team Shop and satellite locations within Hohokam Stadium.

Requirements

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products; ensure a pleasant and personalized shopping experience.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Operate cash register or POS system accurately.
Process sales, exchanges, and returns according to store policy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays.
Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
Participate in team meetings, briefings, and store events.
Follow all store policies, including loss prevention and cash handling.
Report suspicious activity or security concerns immediately.
Occasionally assist with inventory-related tasks, including stock counting, receiving shipments, and supporting inventory audits.
