Program Specialist - Adult & Teen Programming

As a Program Specialist for Adult & Teen Programming, you will design and run creative events and activities for teen and adult campers, building community and making camp feel welcoming to older campers.

Requirements

• 21 or older
• At least 2 years of experience planning or running events or programs for teens/adults
• Good leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Creative and flexible - able to adapt plans and improvise when needed
• Comfortable leading groups up to ~40 people, including mixed ages
• Someone dependable who shows up on time and works hard
