Lead Generation Specialist, Obtelecare

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing Obtelecare Telehealth Services team. This position plays a critical role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying new leads, building relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare organizations, and scheduling meetings that convert to viable business opportunities.

Requirements

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach to hospitals, FQHCs, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations to identify opportunities.
• Qualify and hand off viable leads to the Director of Business Development for continued engagement and proposal advancement.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for initial meetings and new opportunities.
• Manage and maintain lead data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
• Build brand awareness and keep OBHG and Obtelecare top of mind with healthcare decision-makers.
