Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

We're seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to lead the preparation and review of external financial statements and related disclosures, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
• Experience with IPO preparation and public company reporting is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
