The Operations Coordinator will assist with assigning pickup and delivery assignments, communicate POD information, and perform driver's role to cover for operational needs. They will also schedule transportation activities, prepare daily documentation, and coordinate with dispatchers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- High School diploma or equivalent
