Business Assurance Analyst

The Business Assurance Analyst will conduct risk identification and assessment, including surprise checks, branch audits, and thematic reviews. They will monitor sales processes, ensure policy alignment, investigate violations, and partner with business to foster a strong risk culture. The role reports to Senior Management.

Requirements

• Conduct surprise checks of bank branches and other business channels.
• Conduct branch condition checks and ensure Clean Desk Policy implementation.
• Conduct interviews with Service Advisors and Relationship Managers.
• Investigate Bank violations and escalate to the Disciplinary Committee.
• Ensure implementation of the Branch Risk Prevention Agenda.
