Job Description
The Retail Banking Representative is responsible for opening new accounts, ensuring proper documentation, cross selling bank products/services, and providing quality customer service. The role involves inputting data, assisting with account inquiries, and performing teller transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of teller or related financial customer service experience and one year of banking experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of teller or related financial customer service experience
- One (1) year of banking experience
- Knowledge of internal bank operations
- Knowledge of banking products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good computer knowledge in MS Software (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
