Fish Cutter

Ocean Beauty is looking for a Fish Cutter to join their team. The role involves cutting, sizing, cleaning, trimming, slicing, and sectioning all types of fish for future processing, packaging, and achieving good yields while meeting customer specs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift 50lb. boxes at a minimum and stand for long periods in a cold and wet environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to seasonal demands, including other duties as required
• 5 years of fish cutting experience
