Ocean Beauty Seafoods is seeking a Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join our team and work closely with one of our top-performing sales representatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (preferred but not a requirement) and English.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
• Highly Organized: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in using Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Customer-Focused: Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Results-Driven: A “get it done at all costs” mindset, with a focus on achieving goals and solving problems effectively.
• Sales Background: Experience in sales or a willingness to learn seafood sales and industry-specific knowledge.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
