Oceans is seeking a Financial Analytics Specialist to optimize financial performance and guide business decisions. This vertical role, integrated within departments or business units, analyzes trends, forecasts outcomes, and supports smarter decision-making. The role focuses on translating data into actionable insights through financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in FP&A, finance, analytics, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan
- Strong capability in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Understanding of budgeting, investments, and resource allocation decisions
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights
