This role involves ownership of sprint-based campaigns, improving acquisition, informing product decisions, and scaling revenue through data-driven results. The role focuses on a hands-on, test-and-learn environment, requiring fluency in performance marketing metrics and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English
- 3+ years of experience in growth, subscription, or product marketing roles with ownership of acquisition metrics
- Experience with A/B testing, launch sprints, and managing campaign backlogs
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, attribution, and audience scoring
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, enrichment tools, low-code landing page builders, and A/B testing platforms
- Knowledge of UX and visual hierarchy impact
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and proposing data-backed next steps
- Experience working closely with editorial, product, design, and data teams
