Job Description
Oceans is seeking talented Performance Marketers from Sri Lanka to partner with U.S. startups and C-suite executives. This contract role involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies, identifying key channels, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance using analytics tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in digital marketing platforms and possess strong analytical and project management skills.
Requirements
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Optimizely, VWO)
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
