Hospitality Director (Transportation Lead)(Global Soccer)(Contract)

Octagon is seeking an experienced Hospitality Director (Transportation Lead) to manage transportation logistics for a global soccer client at major sporting events. The candidate will be responsible for planning, delivery, and budget management of transportation services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with planning and scheduling transportation
• Strong Excel skills, used to pivot tables, and LOOKUP formulas
• Patient, level-headed and cool under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Flexible, 'can-do' attitude and can work some weekends
• Comfortable with a moderate amount of travel required before the event for site visits
• Focused and performance driven individual, who can think on their feet, use initiative and be comfortable working in a global environment, under pressure, and to tight deadlines but within a team environment
