Active Directory Administrator

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking an Active Directory Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of their IT infrastructure. The role involves managing Active Directory environments, implementing Group Policy, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple forests. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex problems and contribute to the stability and up-to-date nature of systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4 years’ experience in an organization with a large level, 24x7, mission critical operations environment supporting enterprise systems
• Troubleshooting complex Active Directory problems and implementing remedies
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and computer literacy
• Basic program facilitation, presentation skills, knowledge of software development life cycle, training needs analysis, and conceptualizing training programs
