Guidance Counselor

The Guidance Counselor provides holistic student development through academic, emotional, social, and career guidance. They collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to foster a supportive learning environment and promote student success. The role emphasizes creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Values Education or a related field
• Licensed Guidance Counselor (RA 9258 – Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004)
• Registered Psychometrician (RPM) - an advantage
• At least 1–2 years of experience in school counseling or related practice
