The Technical Trainer is responsible for the delivery of training to employees and customers, including designing, developing, and facilitating training materials. This role involves creating engaging training materials, managing learning programs, and maintaining a strong professional relationship across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and communication.
Requirements
- At least 2 years working as an IT Technical Trainer
- Background working in the IT industry is strongly preferred
- Experience training in Java, SQL, JavaScript and HTML/CSS are strongly preferred
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills required
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills
- Must demonstrate an aptitude for understanding and using various learning technologies
- Must work well independently and with others in a fast paced, dynamic, virtual environment
