Octane is searching for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to sell their primary value proposition of Speed and Ease to powersports dealerships, increasing application and loan volume and market penetration.
Requirements
- Make multiple outbound calls to powersports dealerships, including cold calling.
- Achieve monthly production, enrollment, and engagement goals.
- Qualify leads from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain a database and/or CRM of current and prospective clients.
- Resolve dealership issues within a timely manner.
- Work with the Director of Business Development and teammates to create a daily workflow.
- Energetic, friendly, and goal driven with the ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with current and prospective clients through written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
