Requirements
- 15+ years experience in software engineering
- at least 8 years of lead or manager experience
- Managed teams of 5 direct reports or more in remote and/or hybrid environments
- Growth mindset
- Passionate about building data related products and understand good systems design
- Experienced interacting with senior management
- Proven track record of effectively developing direct reports
- Advanced understanding of modern software development practices and methodologies
