Team Lead Software Solutions (m/w/d)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in the Salesforce field and/or with full-stack experience
• First leadership experience, e.g. as a team lead, project manager, or in charge of 1-2 employees
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C#) and good SQL knowledge
• Experience with Salesforce or willingness to quickly delve in
• Understanding of and experience with data architectures (databases, data lakes, data warehousing)
• Strong awareness of code quality and structured, solution-oriented working methods in fast iteration cycles
• Ability to develop solutions independently and at the same time support others in their development
• Ability to communicate efficiently and on an equal footing with various stakeholders – from developer to director
