Job Description
Engineering Manager - Fintech position at a high-growth technological scale-up in Paris, FR, leading a cross-functional team and guiding technical strategic vision and human leadership.
Requirements
- Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent)
- 6-10 years of experience in software development
- 3-5 years minimum in management or technical lead
- Mastery of at least 2 languages among JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, Python
- Experience in complex system architecture and cloud
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD issues
- Benevolent leadership, ability to federate and structure
- Experience in a regulated environment is an asset
